SarahBlizzard
Sarah Blizzard's Off-Season Power program — plus full TrainLike all-access. One membership, every athlete's program.
Sarah's program
Sarah's Off-Season Power runs from foundational strength into athletic power — the same structure she relies on at her own training base. Built for the athlete you used to be, training in the gym you have now.
Sarah Blizzard
Off-Season Power
Four weeks of foundational strength, then eight weeks of athletic power. The same block Sarah runs during her bobsleigh off-season, scaled for the gym you actually have access to.
Your membership unlocks the full TrainLike library. Finish Sarah's block, switch to another athlete's, or repeat with heavier numbers — your call.

About Sarah
Sarah Blizzard is a 29-year-old bobsleigh pilot for Australia. Bobsleigh off-season runs April through October, which means while you're on her program, she's running the same kind of block at her own training base.
Off-Season Power isn't a stylized version of "athletic training." It's the actual structure she uses to be sharpest at the start of competition season — adapted so you can run it in the gym you have, without a sled or a track. If you used to train for a sport and miss having something to be sharp for, this is that.

How it works
Choose any athlete's 12-week block. Switch later whenever you want.
Each week unlocks a new module: warm-ups, lifts, conditioning, and athlete-led intros. Open on your phone, follow along.
Every set is prescribed in RPE or RIR — "leave 2 in the tank," not "do 165 lbs." One program, every level.
At week 12: repeat with heavier numbers, switch to another athlete's program, or take a deload week.

FAQ
Adults in their late 20s, 30s, or 40s who played a sport growing up — or trained seriously at some point — and miss having an actual program. If you already believe in structured, athletic-style training and you're tired of random gym content, you're in the right place.
Bodyweight-only trainees. Every program assumes you have access to a gym or a reasonably stocked home setup (barbell, dumbbells, rack, bench). We list two substitutions per exercise, but we don't pretend you can build athletic power without load.
Yes. Every set is prescribed in RPE or RIR, which means you adjust the weight to your current strength. The same workout serves a beginner and an advanced lifter — the difference is what's on the bar.
Yes, for the same reason. The programming is the same level of structure you'd see in athlete prep. The weights scale to you.
No, and that's intentional. TrainLike delivers the programming; you keep your own log in whatever you already use — notebook, Notes app, Strong, Hevy. We're not trying to be a tracking app.
Yes. You can switch at any time. Most people finish a 12-week block first because the progression compounds, but nothing's locked.
Rate of Perceived Exertion and Reps in Reserve. Instead of telling you to lift exactly 80 kg, the program says "leave 2 reps in the tank on this set." It's how athletes program for themselves, and how we keep one program working for every experience level.
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your account in two clicks.
If you join as one of the first 100 members, you stay at €29/month for as long as your subscription is active. Cancel and come back later and you'll be at standard pricing.
